Dream Big

Call it cheesy, but a few months ago I created a dream/vision board. It is where I put all of my dreams and goals that I hope to achieve. As I achieve them I switch them out for bigger dreams and goals (and yes, I am already achieving/have achieved some of my goals). I look at my board a few times a day, and it is a constant reminder of the measure I want to put in my life.
Dreams are something we all talk about, but rarely achieve. We are at point A, and we see point C, but point B (the journey to get there) eludes us.

I have been catching myself thinking "I can't do that yet, that goal is too big, too far off!" Heck no! Start living your life like you see it in your mind. Be generous. Be loving. Start planning for the things you think are impossible.
Creating small habits, and following through every day, has made my dreams suddenly become more tangible. There is so much that we can't change in this world, but we can change our selves.
Do you want to be more fit? Put on your running shoes every day and go outside. See how it feels to be in the fresh air. Want to be more outgoing? Smile and say "hi" to strangers you pass by. Set a small goal by connecting with 2 random people every day. Do you want to be more generous? Learn to let go of your extra things and give them to someone who needs them.
